Laloux und welche Bedeutung kann es in der Managementpraxis erlangen? Das Finalziel dieser Arbeit ist es, am Beispiel des neuen Managementkonzeptes Reinventing Organizations von F. Laloux die Kerninhalte anhand der Literatur herauszuarbeiten sowie die wissenschafts- und rahmentheoretischen Grundannahmen zu erläutern. Ferner soll analysiert werden, welche Bedeutung das Konzept in der Praxis erlangen kann und wie hoch die Bereitschaft des Managements zur Implementierung ist. Auf der untergeordneten Zielebene gilt es, die Faktoren zu bestimmen, wovon diese Bereitschaft abhängt. Eine Bewertung des Konzeptes Reinvesting Organizations soll die Beantwortung der Forschungsfrage schließlich ermöglichen. Zu Beginn wird in Kapitel 2 auf die Begrifflichkeiten der Organisation und des Managementkonzeptes eingegangen. Im Grundlagenteil des dritten Kapitels wird die theoretische Fundierung des Konzeptes nach F. Laloux dargestellt. Es werden zunächst die Kerninhalte erläutert, um einen Überblick des Konzeptes zu erhalten. Darauf folgt die Herausarbeitung der wissenschafts- und rahmentheoretischen Grundannahmen durch einen tieferen Einstieg in die literarischen Ausführungen des Autors. Die zahlreichen Faktoren werden im Analyseabschnitt im vierten Kapitel zunächst definiert. Anhand dieser wird daraufhin das Konzept bewertet. Ergänzt wird die Evaluation um einen weiteren Blickwinkel: Die Charakteristika der Generation Y. Hierfür werden die Eigenschaften der Generation Y zu den Kerninhalten des Konzeptes zugeordnet. Auf dieser Basis wird schließlich eine Einschätzung zur Bedeutung sowie zur Bereitschaft des Managements dieses Konzept in der Praxis zu implementieren, getroffen. Abschließend werden die wesentlichen Ergebnisse in Kapitel 5 zusammengefasst und kritisch beurteilt.
